Garden Bench Cushions And Pillows
So you've brought a brand new garden bench, but you
are finding it a little tough on the backside. No problems
at all, this is where garden bench cushions and pillows
come into the mix to spice things up a little. No matter
whether your brought a plastic garden bench, a stone
garden bench or even a wooden garden bench, you can
make it almost as comfortable as your own bed and that's
what I'm going to show you how to do in this article.
So let's get started shall we!
Pillows are the most obvious way to not only decorate
your garden bench, but to allow some sort of softness.
If you are after pillows for decorative reasons, throw
pillows work well. If you are after something to site
on, try using pillow squares. These are pillows that
are flatter then normal pillow or cushions, and are
perfect for sitting on.
Another good idea is to use both types. Use the throw
pillows for the backs of the bench or for decoration
and the flatter cushions to sit on.
Another idea, which most people use, is to buy the long
flat cushions you find on park benches or even bus seats.

Not the most attractive option I know, but they are
incredibly comfortable, and the big one, they are very
resistant to the weather. Normal pillows will get wrecked
if left outside in the rain and weather, but these type
of cushions are meant for this sort of treatment. They
come in many different sizes, shapes and colors, so
just about any garden bench will be able to use them.
Bench cushions are also very inexpensive. You can pick
them up for under $100 depending on the size and how
much padding you get. You will need to also make sure
that if you have a garden bench that has a solid back,
that you get a bench cushion without straps as it will
look a bit funny these little flaps sticking out the
side doing nothing at all.
